Adult Hip-Hop
Dance Classes
In Cincinnati

Most studios stripped hip-hop down to a workout. We built Soul Syndicate to bring it back—cyphers, classes, healing. Movement as medicine, not just movement. Cincinnati, this one's for you.

Why here

Culture, not cardio

Plenty of adult dance classes in Cincinnati teach a routine to a song and film it at the end. That's fun, and it isn't what we do. Soul Syndicate teaches the foundation and the freestyle — the base every hip-hop style is built on, plus the ability to move without a plan when the music plays.

You don't need rhythm you can prove, a dance background, or a certain body. You need one hour a week and the willingness to be seen while you learn. Read the beginner's guide →
