Every 90 days: a limited capsule. Cypher points convert into store credit at drop time.

The Points System
Cypher Points are our way of honoring the work — the showing up, the sweating, the submitting, the serving. Points are lifetime. They never reset, never expire.
You don't have to be the best dancer in the room to climb. You have to be present, consistent, and generous with the culture. Rank is earned, not gifted.
